This department is the go-to support for both management and employees across all departments. When you join TCK, chances are your first contact will be with our Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for all HR matters within TCK and also serves as a trusted advisor for the organization. Her goal is to ensure that employees enjoy coming to work, can develop themselves, and make the most of their talents. In addition, she manages payroll and, as a certified Health & Safety Coordinator, ensures a safe and healthy workplace. Our Office Manager is both the right and left hand of management and a true organizational talent: planning, directing, initiating, monitoring, addressing, and delegating – she does it all with ease. Beyond internal contacts, she maintains relationships with brand suppliers, other companies, and clients. She is also committed to helping employees become more aware of their own presence and work attitude, and she is an expert in giving chair massages to colleagues!
