If you found your dream job at TCK, chances are you'll have first met Joyce, our Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for all HR-related matters within TCK and is also the company's confidential advisor. Employees who are happy to go to work, can grow and develop, and use their talent optimally, such is her goal. She also takes care of payroll administration. As a certified Health & Safety Coordinator, she is also involved in activities aimed at creating a safe and healthy workplace. In her spare time, Joyce can regularly be found on the tennis and padel court! Chériette has been TCK's jack-of-all-trades for 15 years. As Office Manager, she is management's right and left hand and an expert in organising, planning, directing, initiating, monitoring, addressing and delegating! Besides her role as the internal nerve centre, she also maintains contact with our brand suppliers, other companies and customers. In addition to all these activities, Chériette has set herself the goal of making all employees aware of their own 'being' and posture at work. She is therefore very skilled in giving chair massages to her colleagues! In her spare time, she practises yoga & mindfulness and, when the weather is nice, she likes to have fun on the water with her SUP board.
